At Degreeoflove, every piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted to meet high quality standards. As a made-with-intent fashion brand, we follow a strict no-refund and no-return policy, while offering size exchanges to ensure fair compensation for both our customers and our brand.

Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

  • Refunds will not be provided for:

    • Change of mind

    • Dislike of fit, color, or style

    • Delayed delivery due to courier issues

    • Incorrect size selection by the customer

This policy allows us to maintain ethical pricing, quality craftsmanship, and sustainable operations.


No Return Policy

  • We do not accept returns.

  • Products once delivered are not eligible for return, resale, or refund.


Size Exchange Policy (Only Exception)

We understand that sizing can sometimes vary. Therefore, we offer a one-time size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligible for Size Exchange:

  • Exchange is allowed only if the size is incorrect

  • Size exchange can be done one size up or one size down, depending on availability

  • Exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Not Eligible for Exchange:

  • No exchange for style, color, or design

  • No exchange for customized or altered products

  • No exchange if the product shows signs of wear, damage, washing, or perfume

  • No exchange on sale or discounted items

Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product?

This is rare, but if it happens, we’ve got you! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at Connect at degreeoflove.help@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Send us clear pictures of the issue along with your order details.
  • If we approve the request, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you.

Conditions for Exchange Approval

To qualify for a size exchange:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Must be returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice

  • Product must pass our quality check once received

If the product fails inspection, the exchange request will be rejected.

Exchange Process

  1. Email us at  degreeoflove.help@gmail.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for exchange

    • Clear images of the product (front, back, tags)

  2. Once approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

  3. Customer is responsible for shipping charges for sending the product back.

  4. Replacement shipping charges may apply.


Out of Stock Sizes

  • If the requested size is unavailable, no refund will be issued

  • You may choose:

    • To wait until restock, or

    • Receive store credit (if applicable, at brand’s discretion)


Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case of a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery

  • Share clear images/videos for verification

  • If approved, we will offer a replacement only

  • No refunds will be provided


Final Decision Rights

  • All exchanges are subject to approval by degreeoflove

  • The brand holds the final authority in approving or rejecting any request

  • By placing an order, you agree to all terms mentioned above
