At Degree of Love, every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order, celebrating individuality and couture craftsmanship. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.


Order Processing & Production Time

  • All our outfits are made to order

  • Production time is 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation

  • This time is required to ensure precision tailoring, quality checks, and finishing

Please note: Production timelines may vary slightly during sale periods or high-order volumes.


Shipping Timelines

Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Standard Delivery

    • Delivery time: 7–10 business days after dispatch

    • Shipping charge: ₹250

  • Express / Fast Delivery

    • Faster delivery timeline (subject to serviceability)

    • Shipping charge: ₹350

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.


International Shipping

  • Shipping charge: ₹3999

  •  International Orders: Depending on your location and customs clearance, delivery may take 7-15 business days.


    If Your Order Is Returned to Us

    If your package gets returned due to an incorrect address, non-acceptance, or unpaid customs fees, we can re-ship it, but the extra shipping cost will be covered by you.

    If you’d rather cancel the order, we’ll refund the amount after deducting shipping costs (both ways) and any customs fees paid.


Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹6000

  • Applicable for domestic orders only (within India)


Shipping Charges Calculation

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on:

    • Delivery location

    • Selected shipping method

  • Final shipping cost is displayed at checkout before payment


Order Dispatch & Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

    • Shipping confirmation

    • Tracking details via email or WhatsApp

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to reflect


Delays & Responsibility

  • Degree of Love is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier partners

    • Natural events

    • Customs clearance (international orders)

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address may incur re-shipping charges
